Mindfulness meditation
6-week course
to learn and practise

From 2 November to 7 December 2025

Prémian

Mindfulness meditation invites us to observe ourselves peacefully. This inward gaze brings an undeniable sense of peace, as well as greater self-awareness, which is necessary for lasting happiness.

This non-dogmatic approach is designed to teach you how to meditate, or to consolidate the practice of those who already meditate.

Workshop led by Denis Robberechts, meditation teacher since 2005 and author of the book ‘Meditating in Prison’.

We will draw on the book ‘Meditating in Prison’, which presents the process of learning the art of being free wherever we are in a simple and concrete way. In addition to the book and the six weekly sessions, you will receive recordings of guided meditations that you can practise at home. Finally, at the end of the course, you will receive advice and tools that will enable you to continue to nurture clarity and serenity within yourself.
