Nourishing your body and mind
12 to 17 June 2026
Domaine de Lacan (Hérault, 34)
A silent meditation retreat during which we will explore our relationship with food and health.
For five days in silence, we will practise meditation and learn to eat slowly and mindfully, enjoying small portions of hypotoxic meals (which stimulate the elimination of toxins from the body). A retreat on the theme of acceptance and detachment. We will take a break from our eating habits and also from our ruminative thoughts. We will also address the energetic aspect through Shiatsu massage and specific exercises. We will discover the pleasure of regaining control over the things we have become overly dependent on, laying the foundations for healthier eating habits and a clear and peaceful mind.
Here is the schedule for a typical day. Please note that we adapt this programme to each group.
Morning: silent and guided meditations, energy exercises such as qi cong, do In (self-massage), light mindful breakfast, meditation teachings.
Afternoon: The first afternoon is dedicated to an individual naturopathic assessment.
After a light, mindful meal, you can participate in the following activities: walk (meditative walking), discussion time, teachings and sharing about naturopathy and Chinese medicine (with questions and answers), massage, individual consultation if needed, free time.
Evening: light meal in mindfulness and meditation.
A brief note on silence: Far from being a rigid and dogmatic rule, it is the context in which our attention acquires the sensitivity necessary for inner exploration and intimacy with oneself. By registering for this retreat, you are therefore committing to refrain from speaking for a few days, both to refine your connection with yourself and to support the silence of the group.
Finally, we also offer you the opportunity to withdraw from the world of telephone and electronic communication. Please remember to organise yourself in advance so that you do not have to use your mobile phones (contact us if this is not possible in your particular case). You will be given a number that you can give to your family and friends so that they can contact you if necessary.
