– tent
– sleeping bag and mat
– cushion for meditation if you want one
– swim suit
– clothes for very hot weather, as well as something warm for possible cold evenings
– rain clothes
– sun hat, sun cream, mosquito repellent
– torch
– plate, fork, knife, spoon, bowl, cup…PLEASE BRING !!!
– please only organic soap and shampoo
– music instruments.

There is no possibility for shopping around, so bring all you might
need for your stay,
like toiletries and medicines.

The quality of the phone network can fluctuate quite a bit on the land so make sure you don’t have any important communication to deal with during your stay. And make the most of this precious time in sangha to disconnect and turn off your phone or put it in airplane mode… especially as the possibilities for recharging it are limited, depending on sunshine and the capacity of our solar panels. 🙂

How to arrive?

On your arrival day, we will meet at Beziers trains station at 15.00pm.

There are trains more or less each hour from Carcassonne and Montpellier
(nearest airports), which take between 45 and 90 minutes to arrive in Beziers.

How to leave?

On your departure day, we will drop you at Béziers train station at 1.00pm
