This inward gaze brings an undeniable sense of peace, as well as greater self-awareness, which is necessary for lasting happiness. <\/p>\n\n<p>This non-dogmatic approach is designed to teach you how to meditate, or to consolidate the practice of those who already meditate.<\/p>\n\n<p>Workshop led by Denis Robberechts, meditation teacher since 2005 and author of the book \u2018Meditating in Prison\u2019.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>We will draw on the book \u2018Meditating in Prison\u2019, which presents the process of learning the art of being free wherever we are in a simple and concrete way. In addition to the book and the six weekly sessions, you will receive recordings of guided meditations that you can practise at home.
