Our registration system<\/h3>\n\n

We use Helloasso to manage our registrations. They help us gather and retrieve information, manage payments, accounting, memberships, etc. Please register on their website, and not by email, text message, etc. Like us, they operate on donations. They will ask you to support them, and you are free to choose the amount, or set it to zero. Please note that Dharma Nature supports them regularly.<\/p>\n\n

If you wish to pay in cash or by cheque, you can use the promo code \u2018SURPLACE\u2019 on helloasso, and pay for your registration at the beginning of the retreat. Please be aware, however, that your registration is binding!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Like us, Helloasso operates on donations. You can change the amount they suggest at the end of your registration, or even set it to zero if you wish. Please know that they are very useful to us, and that we also support them on our side.<\/p>\n\n

Your membership of the association<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

You can choose an annual membership starting at \u20ac10, or more if you feel so inclined, to support us further.
In the same vein, it is also possible to opt for a monthly membership, with no minimum amount: a gesture that helps us in the long term. By becoming a regular donor, you are considered a permanent member for the duration of your contribution.<\/p>\n\n

The number of members matters. Firstly, because we are delighted to welcome you fully into this wonderful adventure, and also because a strong collective gives Dharma Nature greater credibility with institutions (official bodies, endowment funds, etc.), and this support is invaluable, particularly in supporting our work within prisons.<\/p>\n\n

About the prize and donation<\/h3>\n\n

By participating in this retreat, you will be asked to choose the amount you wish or are able to give as remuneration for our work. We are not volunteers, but we want to remain accessible to all budgets and live off everyone’s generosity, instilling an atmosphere of trust in our relationships. Cancellation policy<\/h3>\n\n

More and more cancellations are being made at the last minute, which is causing us difficulties. We need your full commitment. <\/p>\n\n

Given that the deposit we ask for is minimal, no refunds will be given. The money received will be gratefully used to support the project or association.<\/p>\n\n

Of course, if we cancel for reasons attributable to us, we will refund you in full.<\/p>\n\n
